These modern apartments have been finished to an exceptional standard and come fully furnished with a security entry
system, ultrafast Wi-Fi and Sky TV. The main living area comprises of a well-equipped and fully fitted kitchen area so you
can prepare your own meals, rather than living out of restaurants or ordering takeaway during your stay.
These properties supply you with a generous welcome pack so that you have some basic staples upon arrival, including luxury toiletries
from Molton Brown. There is a dining area so you can even entertain guests should you want to, or event set up your
laptop to work from home. The apartments have comfortable seating with a smart TV offering popular apps such as
Netflix & Amazon as well as the full Sky TV package including sports.
When it comes to bedrooms we know that when you are away from home a good night’s sleep is of utmost importance.
These serviced apartments come with high end mattresses and top quality bed linen. The weekly housekeeping
service means you don’t need to worry about changing the sheets or cleaning, and all the bedrooms come complete
with top quality furnishings and wardrobes so you can unpack properly – meaning there is no need to feel like you are
living out of a suitcase! The luxury bathrooms also don’t disappoint, with top branded toiletries and fluffy towels that get
changed once a week.
Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
7 days’ notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 7 days will result in a charge equal to 7 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. charge).
For bookings of 90 nights or more cancellation is 30 days. This also apply to group bookings. A group booking is where 4 or more apartments are booked by the same person or ‘client.’
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorization form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavor to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
