Our stunning one and two bedroom apartments are the epitome of luxury living. Times Square is a unique building, situated in the business park area of Welwyn Garden City, whilst the town centre is only 10 minutes away. The town centre offers one of the best shopping experience in Hertfordshire, with all the major retailers such as Waitrose and Marks & Spencer. All apartments are brand new situated in a light and airy building, with fully equipped, fitted kitchens & integrated appliances and high specification finish throughout each room. The bedrooms are all large doubles, with ensures in all of the two bedroom properties. Our apartments all benefit from a security entry phone system and an allocated parking space in a secure underground garage, with a lift to all floors as well as onsite concierge. Welwyn Garden City combines the benefits of the city and the countryside.

Check-in is from 2pm - 9pm on the day of arrival by meet and greet. Arrivals outside this time is by arrangement only.
Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
7 days’ notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 7 days will result in a charge equal to 7 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. charge).
For bookings of 90 nights or more cancellation is 30 days. This also apply to group bookings. A group booking is where 4 or more apartments are booked by the same person or ‘client.’
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
1-28 night booking extension is 7 nights notice required.
28 nights + 30 nights notice is required for extension.
For group bookings we also require 30 days notice.
