The Town is a small luxury block of just 19 one and two bedroomed apartments.
The Town Apartments are located in the heart of Hatfield town centre, so close to a host of existing local amenities including major retailers, banks, a weekly market and The Galleria shopping centre which offers over 60 outlet stores, as well as an excellent selection of restaurants plus a 9 screen cinema complex.
These apartments are perfectly located for the local business parks, motorways, city centre facilities as well as commuting to London via road and rail. Hatfield is just 20 miles from the Capital, with King's Cross station accessible in just 24 minutes and Moorgate in 40 minutes.
Hatfield has a superb range of sports and leisure facilities, with lovely local countryside nearby and the Hatfield House Estate & Deer Park a short drive away.
Slightly further afield, St Alban's offers a great choice of bars, restaurants and independent retailers whilst nearby Welwyn Garden City is home to The Howard Centre, John Lewis and a host of other national retailers.
Guests can expect;
2.00p.m - All properties offer self check-in, to ensure flexibility for guests. Meet and greet is available on request if preferred.
Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but subject to availability.
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
7 days’ notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 7 days will result in a charge equal to 7 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. charge).
For bookings of 90 nights or more cancellation is 30 days. This also apply to group bookings. A group booking is where 4 or more apartments are booked by the same person or ‘client.’
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
1-28 night booking extension is 7 nights notice required.
28 nights + 30 nights notice is required for extension.
For group bookings we also require 30 days notice.
