Solstice House serviced apartments is a brand new development, offering Luxury One Bedroom Apartments located in the heart of Farnborough, Hampshire. Our stylish apartments have a fully furnished open-plan kitchen, leading onto a contemporary designed living room; complete with a large flat screen TV with a fully comprehensive Sky TV package. The apartments have unlimited free Wi-Fi, coffee machines and include a desk/work station area, ideal for both corporate and leisure stays.

All of the apartments have a private bathroom and a double bedroom with a hairdryer and fitted wardrobe. Upon request each apartment offers an allocated private parking space. 

Farnborough is best known for its association with aviation and Solstice House Apartments are centrally located in Farnborough, just 0.3 miles from the Main Railway Station, which offers direct links to Central London, Southampton and Winchester. The Mead Shopping Centre and a variety of retail outlets are within a short 3 minute walk of the apartments, as well as a Vue Cinema along with several places to dine out.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

A Late check-out fee (between 2pm and 5pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. After 5pm one additional nights rental will be charged.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals. Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

Unless otherwise agreed, you may cancel this agreement at any time without penalty by giving notice of at least 7 days before the booked arrival day.

Cancellations, either before or after the booked arrival date, must serve a 7 day cancellation notice. Cancellations within the 7 day period will incur a charge of one week's rental or the total amount due, whichever is the lower.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
