These rates are subject to VAT at 20% for the first 28 days and 4% thereafter.
With over 125 square metres of practical living space and a beautiful garden, as well as off street parking for 2 cars, this is an ideal apartment for family holidays, short breaks, extended stays or corporate relocation.
The 3 bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements. The beautiful master bedroom includes a dressing area and an en-suite. A large second bedroom includes zip and link twin beds, allowing conversion to doubles if required, as does the third bedroom, which also includes a work station/desk.
The living area has been thoughtfully designed with an open plan and modern kitchen which seats six for dinner and includes all of the expected appliances. The area flows through to a spacious living area with a 48 inch internet TV, with views onto the beautiful, secure garden area. The family bathroom benefits from a large walk-in shower, with a bathtub located in the en-suite.
No.8 Springfield is equipped and furnished to the highest standard, and all of the expected services will be provided: internet, phone, all towels, linens, cleaning and a welcome pack for your arrival.
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
An early check-in fee (between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. Before 10am one additional nights rental will be charged.
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
A Late check-out fee (between 2pm and 5pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. After 5pm one additional nights rental will be charged.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
A full refund will be provided if we receive 28 days notice prior to your arrival.
A 50% refund will be provided if we receive between 14 and 28 days notice prior to your arrival.
No refund will be provided if we receive less than 14 days notice.
On long term contract bookings (1 month plus) refunds will only be given if we are able to resell the term once notice has been accepted.
All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee on top of the above charges.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
