These luxurious apartments are located within a 13 minute walk of Newbury’s train station which has direct links to London in under an hour.
The beautifully stylish apartments are furnished with an urban theme, comfortable seating, flat screen TV's with a free Sky comprehensive package, dining table with chairs, desk/work station area and free unlimited WiFi.
The contemporary and open-plan fitted kitchens are equipped with LED lighting and modern cooking and laundry facilities including; washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and all utensils.
The spacious bedrooms include flat screen TV's, double beds, fresh linen, bedside tables, hairdryer, iPod dock and large fitted wardrobes. The modern fitted bathrooms include separate shower and bath facilities (in the two bedroom apartments), towels and miniature toiletries. Guests sharing the apartments have the added bonus of separate bedrooms and bathrooms to retain their own privacy.
A weekly housekeeping service comes as standard after a 7 night consecutive stay, providing an uplifting clean and provision of fresh towels and bed linen.
These serviced apartments also have private gated onsite parking, available per apartment.
Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
A Late check-out fee (between 2pm and 5pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. After 5pm one additional nights rental will be charged.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals. Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
Unless otherwise agreed, you may cancel this agreement at any time without penalty by giving notice of at least 7 days before the booked arrival day.
Cancellations, either before or after the booked arrival date, must serve a 7 day cancellation notice. Cancellations within the 7 day period will incur a charge of one week's rental or the total amount due, whichever is the lower.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
