All units include a flat screen TV with Freeview. There is a seating and dining area in each apartment and all units have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and kettle. Each unit features a private bathroom with free toiletries on your arrival. Lovely soft towels are also provided and changed weekly.
Bristol Zoo Gardens is just 450 yards from Beaufort House Apartments, while Bristol Cathedral is 1.1 miles away. It's only a short walk to bustling Clifton Village with its restaurants and boutique shops. Parking is charged at £15 per night with discounts for longer stays.

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Early check in options (subject to availability) are as follows : 1pm (£16.00) or 2pm (£8.00). Before 1pm an extra night would need to be booked.
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
Late check out options (subject to availability) are as follows: 11am (£8.00) or 12 midday (£16.00). Later than 12 midday you would need to book an extra night.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
We must receive 14 days notice prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
**All apartments include a kitchen or kitchenette equipped with cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils. No food is provided.
Unless otherwise specified, the prices quoted for all accommodation include heating, electricity, gas, telephone line rental charges and television. The prices exclude service charges for calls made. Electricity, gas and water are all subject to our fair use policy.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
