Our Leeds apartments have recently undergone a makeover with all new super comfortable king size beds in each apartment and superfast fibre optic WiFi with speeds of up to 100Mbs. Each apartment is equipped with an HD TV and Smart technology Blu ray player allowing our guests to connect to services such as Netflix, iPlayer etc..

The central location is perfect for exploring, in both Leeds and further afield, as the apartments are within walking distance of all of the major transport hubs. Guests can park their cars on arrival in the secure underground car park, then utilise the local public transport rather than driving.

The superior 1 bedroom apartments are ideal for the smaller family where an extra bed can be provided. For the larger family the 2 bedroom apartments are perfect. Complimentary travel cots and high chairs can be provided for the littlest ones too, so if you're looking for a family friendly hotel, this could fit the bill.
Check-in is between 2.30pm-9pm on the day of arrival. In the case of an unexpected late arrival or arrivals after 9pm there will be a charge of £10.00 per hour or part thereafter. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival then no fee is charged.
Cancellation charge if less than 7 days notice:
Stays up to 6 nights cancellation within 7 days will be charged 1 night.
Stays for 7 nights+ cancellation within 7 days, first 3 nights will be charged.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
