The Point serviced apartments are conveniently positioned near all of the main transportation hubs in Sheffield's city centre. There is a Sainsbury's Local nearby, along with coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants, all within a 2-minute walk.
Located in the heart of Division Street, where independent shops, restaurants and coffee shops are situated. Within walking distance of the city centre and major chains.
Please note these properties do not have dishwashers.
Check-in is between 2.30pm-9pm on the day of arrival. In the case of an unexpected late arrival or arrivals after 9pm there will be a charge of £10.00 per hour or part thereafter. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival then no fee is charged.
Cancellation charge if less than 7 days notice:
Stays up to 6 nights cancellation within 7 days will be charged 1 night.
Stays for 7 nights+ cancellation within 7 days, first 7 nights will be charged.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
There is a refundable damages deposit of £500 on all stays which needs to be paid by card on arrival. This is then returned to the guest on departure once the apartment has been inspected.
The Client must provide at least 14 days written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved move-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extension, however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
