Staycity York has a 24/7 reception desk with a lobby area serving breakfast, snacks and drinks throughout the day and comfortable seating.
All apartments feature flat screen televisions with Netflix functionality and a fully equipped kitchenette. The rooms also contain iron, ironing board and hairdryer and feature floor to ceiling windows with top of the range air conditioning system. All bathrooms have a walk in rainfall shower with shower and hand gel toiletries provided.

Check out is by 11am, late check out may be possible however this is subject to availability and at an extra cost.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
All cancellations or shortening of stays will be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.
For stays of less than 30 nights payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. For stay of 30+ nights payment for the first month will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Further months, or any part thereof, will be invoiced on a monthly basis 2 weeks prior to the due date.
On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
The Client must provide at least 14 days written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved move-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extension, however, this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
