When booking Druridge House, you’ll have full access to the property which includes a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and main bathroom.
The living and dining area features a comfy L shapes sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining table. Fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, the kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals.
There are two double bedrooms fitted with deluxe orthopaedic mattress divan beds.
Druridge House is located close to main transport links such as the A19, Tyne Tunnel and Silverlink Industrial estate. Only a short 15 minutes drive into the City Centre of Newcastle and and ideal location for the Freeman Hospital.
Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
All bookings must be cancelled by 4pm, 14 prior to arrival to avoid any charges. Failure to do so will result in a one night charge being made. Any refund of charges is made subject to the apartment being re-let.
If a guest wishes to alter a booking, Prestige Apartments will make every effort to meet their requirements. However, additional expenses incurred as a result of the alteration may be charged. In addition, a charge may be incurred for an amendment fee of £50 plus VAT to cover the necessary administrative costs incurred.
In the event that a guest needs to check out prior to the agreed departure date, we will make every effort to obtain a refund of accommodation charges for the remainder of the stay. However, any refund will be subject to the apartment being re-let and will be subject to a cancellation charge of £50.00 + VAT.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
