Campbell Park is linked into the rest of the parks system via a route east to Willen Lake where it connects with the Ouzel Valley Park and Canal Broadwalk.
Our 2 bed apartments and 4-bed, 3 storey town houses are set just off Avebury Boulevard and just a short walk from Milton Keynes Theatre and Xscape entertainment venue, home to Snozone, Airkix, Cineworld and CasinoMK. Positioned conveniently for easy access to the M1 motorway and Milton Keynes Central. We offer the wi-fi, ultimate Sky bundle with sports and movies, parking and housekeeping service in all of our apartments.
Each 2 bedroom modern apartment has a balcony with views over Campbell Park or city landscapes. There is a fully equipped kitchen offering full sized appliances of washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery are provided. Parking is to the front of the property with a central entrance area and stairs to all floors (there are no lifts). The lounge and hallway have laminated flooring with carpets to the bedroom. There is a family bathroom with bath/over shower and en-suite shower room. There are large storage areas in the hallway.
Each 4 bedroom, 3 storey modern town house is immaculately furnished with a large well equipped spacious kitchen offering full sized appliances. There is a fully equipped kitchen offering full sized appliances of washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery are provided. They have their own private gardens which is access from the lounge and there is ample car parking space to the front of the property. The houses are perfect for both families and work colleagues looking to share. Accommodation includes 4 bedrooms (some rooms have a twin bedded arrangement), the master has en-suite and there are also 2 family bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. There is laminated flooring on the first floor and all bedrooms have carpets. Each house is serviced on a weekly basis and comes with private parking, unlimited wi-fi internet access, the ultimate Sky TV bundle with sports and movies.
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman - however the property does have access to a 24 hour reception next door to Charter Apartments. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival to avoid any charges.
Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be informed that this is not cancellable and that full payment for the period booked will be charged.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
