Westminster Bridge Serviced Apartments is located within the Lower Marsh Convention Area, which has unique and historical character and benefits from a number of listed and proposed listed buildings along the Lower Marsh Road.

The development is a mixed use development comprising an apart-hotel with 234 rooms, commercial office suites, a restaurant and a retail unit beside. The building will incorporate public realm activity, with the restaurant beside the hotel ground level entrance, enhancing the active frontage of the street. The restaurant can be accessed off the street and also from the apart-hotel.

The public realm is further enhanced by the adjoining retail unit. The hotel rooms are located from the 1st to 9th floors, with living and catering facilities incorporated. The provision of office suites on the lower levels, with a feature light void dropping into the basement area offers a lively work environment together with the social activity of the ground level restaurant.

The aparthotel will combine the facilities of a hotel, such as a bar and daily housekeeping service, with the extra benefits of a luxury apartment such as a full kitchen with all appliances. With a gym, laundry and printing facilities, 24 hour reception, free wireless internet (with an opportunity to upgrade) and meeting rooms to rent, Marlin Waterloo has all the facilities a traveller would need and more.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by noon on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

To avoid any charges we require the below notice prior to arrival. This also applies to in-house guests who wish to amend their departure date.

72 hours for less than 27 nights
7 days for 28-90 nights
14 days for more than 91 nights

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card. 

On arrival we will require a pre-authorisation of £200 of a debit or credit card on check in. Pre-authorisation places a temporary hold on the balance of the card, no money will be debited. This hold may affect the available balance or spending limit for the duration of the stay. For longer stays, the building will pre-authorize at check-in and re-issue 1 week before departure. The pre-authorization is used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): breaches in terms and conditions, breakages / damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, etc.)

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
