A luxurious 1 bedroom apartment, loaded with modern equipment and amenities. This modern development by Tower Hill is tastefully designed and finished to the highest standards with wooden flooring and granite kitchen. The living room features a walk on the balcony which gives them. The bathroom also has been finished to the same standards as that of the rest of the apartment. The large windows in the bedroom allows the room to have ample natural light. There is an onsite cafe,bar,restaurants and bar making sure everything you need is available at your fingertips. The apartment also comes with a concierge and offers great connectivity to the City of London bridge and Canary Wharf.
Located in one of the prime London neighbourhoods, which gives you access to a wide range of restaurants and cafes. Tourists will find this area well connected with tourist attractions such as the British Library,Madame Tussauds and Jack the Ripper Museum which has also been recognized as one 2023 traveller choice by TripAdvisor. Residents in our serviced apartment will be pleased to know that underground train stations and bus stations are available within walking distance.

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
A full refund will be given where we have received suitable written notice of the cancellation. The notice period required for cancellation is:
For bookings of up to 6 nights duration - 5 days notice prior to arrival date is required. Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival date will incur 100% cancellation charge equivalent to the booking charge.
For bookings between 7 and 27 nights duration - 7 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 7 days before the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights’ accommodation will be incurred
For bookings between 28 and 179 nights duration - 21 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 10 nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
For bookings of 180 nights duration and over - 60 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 60 nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
