An iconic 21 storey Flatiron style building The Gate stands as an impressive physical landmark at the gateway to the City. As with the physical location at the intersection between the slick City and the creative East London, the interior design celebrates this juxtaposition between raw exposed finishes and contemporary, luxury design creating a series of beautiful spaces that are both Urban and luxe.

Exclusive Members Lounge
The exquisitely designed Members’ lounge, furnished with beautiful original and new Mid-Century furniture and art curated by Maddox Gallery, has a bar, dining area, lounge and terrace with views of the City. Exclusively for the use of guests for co-working and relaxing, the comfortable lounge is transformed throughout the day and night and provides a socially distanced hub our guests can enjoy.

The state-of-the-art boutique gym provides guests with the perfect space to workout. Benefitting from the use of Peloton bikes, Techno gym equipment and our in-house PT service, the gym provides something for everyone.

The Gate make eating good food a habit for all. Our food is joyful, colourful and vibrant, using natural ingredients that work together to provide powerful nutritional benefits.
Maple & The Gate serves a range of energizing breakfast options that are made fresh on site daily. Enjoy your breakfast from 7AM until 10AM in the lounge, lobby or on the 5th floor terrace, overlooking the bustling city of London. Lunch and dinner options are also available.

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
On arrival guests will be charged £150 pre-authorization charge for extras and this can be refunded after departure.
All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee. If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
