Introducing The Cannon, a brand new Aparthotel in the City of London.
Guests can choose from 77 stylish studio and one bedroom serviced apartments and come and go as they please with 24 hour reception guaranteeing a warm welcome at anytime of the day...or night. Guests will also benefit from full access to the lounge where they can work or relax with a coffee at anytime.
The apartments are fully equipped and benefit from multi-socket plugs with integrated USB ports, free super fast WiFi, smart HD TV's and of course stylish kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything you need to work remotely or simply unwind.
If a change of scenery is required, guests can escape to the on-site gym, catch the game on Sky Sports in the lounge or take advantage of exclusive partnerships with local bars, cafes and restaurants.
The Cannon is just a short walk from St. Paul's Cathedral, The Bank of England and the historic Tower of London. And with Mansion House, St. Paul's and Cannon Street stations on the doorstep, getting about the City couldn't be easier.

Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
A Late check-out fee (between 2pm and 5pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. After 5pm one additional nights rental will be charged.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
Cancellation charges relate to the date prior to arrival when we are notified of the cancellation and will determine the cancellation charges incurred according to the scale below.
These notice periods also apply to early departure, postponed arrival or reduction in the number of minimum nights stay.
LENGTH OF STAY NOTICE PERIOD CANCELLATION CHARGE
1 – 6 nights - 48 hours prior to arrival date - No refund
7-28 nights - 7 days prior to arrival date - Minimum 7 nights’ accommodation charge
29+ nights - 29 days prior to arrival date - Minimum 14 nights’ accommodation charge
The cancellation policy for group bookings varies. This will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
