Staines Riverside apartments are ideally situated close to the city centre with views of the nearby River Thames, surrounded by local amenities, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Within a mere 5-minute stroll, the renowned Two Rivers Shopping Centre provides a wide selection of shops and places to dine. Take a stroll through the ruins of Staines Bridge, a medieval masterpiece that linked London with the west. Delve into the town's past at the Staines Museum, where relics from the area's fascinating evolution await. For those with a passion for the arts, Staines won't disappoint. The Riverside Arts Centre offers a wide range of live performances, from music to theatre to art exhibits.
Excellent transport links, including Staines Railway Station, ensure easy access to surrounding areas, including Reading, Richmond and Twickenham, as well as London city centre straight into Waterloo train station.
There is no onsite parking; however, there is public paid parking within walking distance. The apartment is a 10-minute walk to the Staines National Railway Station and only a 10-minute drive to Heathrow Airport.
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Your entitlement to cancel your booking will depend on the reservation type that you selected, as set out below.
Non-refundable bookings are offered at a reduced rate, but this is on a ‘no-cancellation’ basis. Accordingly, no refund will be made in the event of cancellation of a non-refundable booking and you will be charged the full amount of the booking.

To avoid any charges we require the below notice prior to arrival. This also applies to in-house guests who wish to amend their departure date.
Stay between 1-89 nights- 7 days cancellation term
Stay between 90-180 nights- 14 days cancellation term
Stay between 180 and over- 28 nights cancellation term
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
