Red Lion Court is situated in Chancery Lane, close to the financial and legal districts of the City and a nearby trendy Covent Garden, making it an ideal base for both corporate stays and leisure guests alike. Red Lion Court is a self-contained modern building arranged over five floors, that offer a number of different accommodation options ranging from a studio apartment to a one bedroom penthouse apartment.
All apartments are carefully laid out and fully furnished with open plan kitchens and living rooms ideal for a modern everyday living. Utility bills, complimentary Wi-Fi, home from home comforts and 24/7 guest support are included in the rate.

Owing to the close proximity to numerous major global company headquarters and some of the world’s largest law firms, you will be extremely well connected to these key business hubs.
Goldman Sachs International, Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC, Unilever, Prudential, The Royal Court of Justice and four of the ‘Magic Circle’ law firms – Allen & Overy, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Linklaters LLP and Slaughter and May – are all within walking distance from Red Lion Court.
Red Lion Court is conveniently situated near King’s Cross and Euston area of London housing many high-profile companies, including Google, Facebook and Universal Music.
Offices of Microsoft, EDF and Lloyds TSB situated in Victoria Street in SW1 - another major corporate hub – can also be easily reached by public transport, as is The Principal Place - a new UK headquarters of Amazon in London, located on the fringes of the City of London and Shoreditch.
**Please note there is an elevator however it doest not take you to the Penthouse apartment. It is accessible by lift to the 4th floor, than a flight of stairs.
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
Cancellation charges relate to the date prior to arrival when we are notified of the cancellation and will determine the cancellation charges incurred according to the scale below.
These notice periods also apply to early departure, postponed arrival or reduction in the number of minimum nights stay.
LENGTH OF STAY NOTICE PERIOD CANCELLATION CHARGE
As a standard – 14 days prior to the arrival, but at times, it may change, depending on the bookwindow and LOS.
EARLY DEPARTURE CHARGE (applied at in-house guests)
All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us with at least 14 days written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved move-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extension however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
