Welcome to Notting Hill Apartments, an exclusive collection of four exquisite one-bedroom apartments nestled in the renowned Notting Hill neighborhood. Just a short stroll from the iconic Portobello Market and the convenient Notting Hill Gate tube station, these stunning residences are meticulously furnished and outfitted to meet high impeccable standards.
Our one-bedroom apartment is uniquely positioned slightly below street level, reflecting a characteristic feature of traditional Notting Hill architecture.
The apartments offer options of one, two, or three bedrooms, each exquisitely designed with state-of-the-art appliances. Features include a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine, open-plan living spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, a private balcony, underfloor heating, a comfort cooling system, and smart home technology.
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
For stays between 1 – 6 nights: Cancellation must be by 3pm, 2 days prior to arrival in advance, or penalty of up to 2 nights accommodation will be incurred.
For stays between 7 – 89 nights: Cancellation must be by 3pm, 7 days prior to arrival in advance, or penalty of up to 7 nights accommodation will be incurred.
For stays between 90+ nights: Cancellation must be by 3pm, 14 days prior to arrival in advance, or penalty of up to 14 nights accommodation will be incurred.
All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a non-refundable administration fee.
Payment is due upon confirmation and every 30 days for long term stays.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
