The serviced apartments at No. 5 Maddox Street have been tastefully decorated and contain high quality furniture and fixtures. Several of the apartments contain their own private terrace or balcony with plants, decks and bamboo furniture.
An off-site gym, just 5 minutes away, is available to guests free of charge. All apartments are provided with a small DVD and music library for guests' use available from the reception. Each suite contains a fully fitted kitchen, separate living area and bedroom, luxury REN toiletry products, flatscreen TV/DVD/MP3 docking station and a workstation with telephone, voicemail and high speed internet access.
No.5 Maddox Street is a peaceful hideaway located between Bond Street and Regent Street, just five minutes from Soho; perfect for shopping or dining out. The restaurants of Mayfair and Soho include many of London's top dining experiences and the concierge will point you towards cool or classic places to shop, eat and drink, essential art galleries, museums and bookshops.
Please note that there is no lift on-site however the on-site staff will assist with luggage and shopping.

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
ONE BEDROOM SUITES
1-6 Night Stays: Cancellations must be received at least 48 Hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
7-27 Night Stays: Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. This may be less if the apartment can be re-let.
Stays of 28 nights or over: Cancellations must be received at least 28 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. This may be less if the apartment can be re-let.
TWO BEDROOM SUITES:
1 – 14 Night Stays: Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
15 + Night Stays: Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
THREE BEDROOM BARTLETT SUITE:
1 – 21 Night Stays: Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
22 + Night Stays: Cancellations must be received at least 28 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
