Cancellation
Two weeks written notice is required prior to arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Should you give less than 2 weeks notice then the penalty fee payable is the shortfall in the number of nights notice given, i.e. 10 nights notice given then the penalty fee incurred will be 4 nights accommodation charge. In all instances the full deposit will be refunded, however please be advised that if this was paid via a credit card then the credit card admin fee is non refundable.
