A modern, mezzanine serviced apartment on the ground floor of a conversion near to St Paul's Cathedral in the City of London.
The property is located in a pedestrian street away from the main hustle and bustle of the City but within a short distance of all of the local amenities. Underground links from the apartment are very good too with either Blackfriars, Mansion House or St Paul's underground stations all being within easy reach.
This is a busy area for business people during the week with Carter Lane, a popular destination for after-work socialising, just around the corner, and at weekends it's also popular with tourists wishing to visit St Paul's Cathedral and the other tourist attractions around the City of London. Very close to the apartment is the new Millennium Bridge which provides great access to the many attractions of the South Bank and to the fantastic Tate Modern art gallery.
Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please leave the keys on the table.
The following Cancellation Charges apply where the Guest cancels for any reason before or during their stay:
If the Booking Period is for a period of up to 6 nights the Guest must provide 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 3 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing nightly rate) plus VAT.
If the Booking Period is for a period of 7 nights up to 27 nights the Guest must provide 7 days notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 7 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.
If the Booking Period is for a period of 28 nights up to 89 nights the Guest must provide 14 days notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 14 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.
If the Booking Period is for a period of more than 90 nights the Guest must provide 21 days notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 21 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.
In the event of a no-show the Cancellation Charge will be charged and taken from the Guest’s credit card account and/or deducted from any deposit.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed with the Guest in return for waiving their cancellation charges (‘Pay Now Rates’) the Company reserves the right to charge for the full Booking Period if the Guest cancels the booking even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
In addition to the above charges if a special or reduced rate has been agreed for Booking Period of over 60 nights the Company reserves the right to charge the full rate as per the Price List which will be back dated to the start of the booking if the Guest cancels.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
