The property is a collection of 8 townhouses set around a peaceful tree filled courtyard and set back from any main roads ensuring a peaceful stay.  There is an onsite restaurant ran by an external company.  The property has 24 hour security/ reception available and there is parking onsite available. Please note this is subject to availability and an extra charge.

The decoration is simple but comfortable with spacious rooms all boasting at least a King bed.  Kitchens are fitted with granite work tops. Bathrooms all have a bathtub with a shower over the tub and some rooms also have walk in shower en-suites depending on the category.

 Transport links are very convenient with St Paul's tube and local buses taking you easily in to Central London while City Themeslink provides trains to Gatwick and Greater London.

St Paul's has many local restaurants along with big brand names and shops in the area all within 5 minute walk from the property. The Southbank, including the Tate Modern are within a 10 minute walk over the river. St Paul's Cathedral is within a 2 minute walk from the property too!

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. 

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

For stays between 1 – 3 nights: 4 days prior to arrival before 12:00pm

For stays between 4 – 27 nights: 7 days prior to arrival before 12:00pm

For stays between 28 – 59 nights: 14 days prior to arrival before 12:00pm

For stays of 60 nights and more: 28 days prior to arrival before 12:00pm

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a non-refundable administration fee.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us with at least 14 days written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved move-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extension however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
