This stunning collection of spacious one- and two-bedroom duplex apartments and mews houses sits in prime central Hammersmith and offers private outside space. Newly built in 2023, Southerton Mews is a perfect home from home whether staying for business, relocating or leisure.
The highly sought-after location is less than five minutes’ walk from Hammersmith underground station offering easy access all around the capital. With an abundance of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, and theatres nearby, the amenities within close walking distance could not be better. Nestling at the end of a no-through road, the duplex apartments are within a highly attractive new-build property with the mews houses sitting behind through a private gated entrance. A pretty cobbled path lined with climbing foliage makes for a truly welcoming ambience.
Southerton Mews has been expertly interior designed with precision and flair. The contemporary furniture is sleek and sophisticated and has also been chosen with comfort in mind. Open plan living areas with wooden flooring feature a large sofa with coffee table and smart TV. The custom-designed kitchen units come complete with high-spec, integrated appliances, including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven and washer-dryer.

Bathrooms are modern and pristine. All accommodation comes with a bath with shower overhead and some also offer a second bathroom with walk-in shower. With great practicality, all apartments with one bathroom also house a second guest restroom.
All apartments and mews houses have the benefit of private outside space with a terrace or balcony.
Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee. If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
