For those on business, the apartments feature leather topped writing desks, two phone lines for fax/modem, as well as answerphones and wireless Broadband. All of the apartments have been designed to a remarkably high standard and include Miele kitchens with granite work surfaces, marble en-suite bathrooms and carefully selected furniture, artwork, china and crystal glassware.

In addition to providing an on-site concierge and security at all times, each apartment's multi-channel satellite TV system includes a security channel connected to the front desk so visitors may be vetted. Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 5pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is required to be signed by the resident and property manager prior to apartment occupation.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

For reservations of:

  • 14 nights duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival

  • 15 to 28 nights, 7 days’ notice of cancellation will be required

  • 29 – 89 nights, 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required

  • 90+ nights, 30 notice of cancellation will be required

Failure to meet these terms will result in charges, detailed below.

  • Stays of 1- 14 nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee

  • Stays of 15-28 nights will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee

  • Stays of 29-89 nights will be charged 14 nights cancellation fee

  • Stays of 90+ nights will be charged 30 nights early departure fee

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

**Please note during the summer period the cancellation will vary.**

Payment

Full rent plus any additional charges is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Security Deposit

Deposit payment terms:

* £500 per bedroom for bookings under 90 days.
* £500 for all corporate bookings.
* 4 weeks rent for bookings over 90 days.

The deposit is returned after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may incur during the guest's stay.

For incidental payments the guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges on a monthly basis.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
