Check-in is from 5pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
Once the lease agreement is signed there is no cancellation and the booked term must be paid for.
Payment is required prior to arrival for the minimum term of 3 months. A Tenancy Agremeement must also be agreed prior to arrival and signed by both parties.
A deposit equal to 6 weeks rental is taken on each booking. For company bookings a Letter of Guarantee may be accepted in lieu of a deposit.
Please provide us within at least 21 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
