Featuring large open-plan living spaces and sleek Neff kitchens, the 7 one bedroom apartments at 56 Welbeck Street are beautifully decorated with vintage mid-century modern furniture and lighting, limited edition art and huge comfy beds.
Some of the apartments come with breakfast bars and very useful utility rooms, providing additional storage. Each apartment contains 40" Samsung Smart TV's with Sky and Netflix, workstations, cordless VoIP telephones, underfloor heating and secure video-entry systems.
Rates include all utilities, council tax, high-speed WiFi and a 24-hour telephone concierge service, providing grocery shopping services, dinner reservations, business services and booking of in-room spa treatments.
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival your full deposit is refunded.
If less than 28 days notice is given, then any deposit is subject to the apartment being re-let for the period of the cancelled booking.
Non payment of deposits on the due date will be deemed a cancellation.
In the event of non arrival the apartment will be released after 24 hours and the remainder of the stay cancelled.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
A deposit equal to 1 weeks rental is required to secure a booking (the amount can vary for long stays) with the balance of the rental due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
An additional refundable deposit of 1 weeks rental will be collected on arrival and will be held against breakages and/or telephone charges.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
