Prestige Apartments, a serviced apartment booking agency based in London, has become the latest member of the HBAA, the trade association for the hotel booking agency, apartment and venue community. Prestige Apartments has been trading for over 10 years in the serviced apartment industry and felt that with the HBAA's increased interest in the serviced apartment sector the time was right to join the organisation.

Prestige celebrated their 10th anniversary last year in what has become a burgeoning industry, with serviced apartments offering a very credible and exciting alternative to traditional hotel accommodation. As the serviced apartment industry is not yet as established as the hotel sectorPrestige Apartments felt that joining the HBAA organisation was an important part of raising the profile of the industry.

Of particular interest was the Code of Conduct which every member has to follow. This gives the industry more credibility and is the backbone of the relationship between members. As the internet allows more and more de-regulation of agencies it has become more important than ever to provide that re-assurance to our customers.
